The Portal is intended solely for use by individuals with an existing insurance relationship with Select Agent Performers, LLC or its affiliated agents and carriers, or by individuals who have consented to receive communications in connection with an insurance inquiry.
Access to the Portal is limited to authorized users. You may only access information associated with your own policy, application, or account. Unauthorized access to or use of another person's account or information is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features of the Portal, you may be required to verify your identity using your email address, phone number, or other identifying information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or consenting to communications through the Portal. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of access and could affect your insurance coverage or application status.
The content and information available through the Portal is provided for informational and service purposes only. Nothing on the Portal constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
For questions regarding your specific coverage, premiums, or policy terms, please contact your licensed insurance agent or representative directly.
The information displayed on this portal is provided for convenience and service support. Policy, application, carrier, premium, coverage, and status information may be subject to change and should not be treated as the final legal policy record.
Official policy documents, carrier records, and written communications from authorized insurance providers control in the event of any conflict.

Your use of any third-party service accessed through the Portal is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Select Agent Performers, LLC and its affiliates, agents, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Portal shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Portal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
